By Examining How Masdar City Leverages Green Technology and Renewable Energy to Create a Resilient Urban Environment, And How Putrajaya Combines Administrative Functionality with Green Infrastructure, This Study Identifies Best Practices for New Mansoura’s Development. The Integration of Sustainable Practices, Aligned with The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (Sdg 7 And Sdg 11), Offers A Pathway to Reducing Carbon Footprints and Enhancing Urban Resilience. The Findings Emphasize the Importance of Tailored Regulatory Frameworks, Innovative Technologies, And A Balanced Approach to Economic and Environmental Sustainability. This Research Highlights Specific Strategies That New Mansoura Can Adopt to Address Its Unique Challenges and Contribute to Egypt's Long-Term Sustainable Urbanization.
